- Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ.
- Additional services will only be performed with your approval.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the items to be cleaned.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service area.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area.
- Disclose any known stains, odours, or material sensitivities.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we use professional cleaning methods, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odours, or discolouration.
Cleaning results depend on fabric type, age, condition, and previous treatments.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We may accept cash, e-transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SKL Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, fading, or weakened fabric.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Satisfaction Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and, where appropriate, address the issue.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
